We are committed to changing the ways in which the hospitality industry impacts the planet. From our Platinum LEED Certification to our commitment to no single-use plastics, to solar power generation and EV charging stations in the garage, we are doing things differently to positively impact the planet.
All faces, races, pronouns and people are welcome. We strive to provide a space where all feel welcome, safe and valued.
Denver is known as one of the healthiest cities in the US, and LoHi is a great representation of why. With a plethora of juice bars, vegetarian restaurants, and fitness/wellness options, including Nurture: a wellcare marketplace just a few blocks away, guests will be able to stay on top of their self-care game despite being on vacation.
Hotel wellness events such as weekly rooftop yoga, barre classes, and even ecstatic dance gatherings in the summer are offered as an added benefit for our guests to enhance their (nama)stay.

We’ve collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests which is reflective of the creative energy of Denver’s art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard. For more information about these pieces, visit our Art & Design highlight on Instagram @espadinlohi.
With the health of the Colorado community in mind, we have adopted & continued enhanced cleaning practices & procedures set forth by VRMA & VRHP.
