Is there parking available?

The Espadín LoHi does not have assigned parking. It is street parking only.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-ins can be accommodated after 10am/MST. Bags can be dropped-off after 12pm/MST.

Early check-ins cannot be confirmed until the arrival date, as they are dependent upon departing guests and cleaners’ schedules.

*If early access can be arranged there is a $30 fee.

Where can I find all my reservation information?

All of your reservation information is sent to the email address and phone number used during booking checkout. If you are unable to find reservation communications, please check your spam folder or reach out to guest services at 720.292.8891. 

What is the cancelation policy?

Canceled reservations will receive a full refund less booking fees when reservation cancellation is made 60 days prior to scheduled check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 weeks prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are not allowed at Espadín LoHi. 

Is the Espadín LoHi handicap accessible?

The property is ADA compliant and has both ramp access to the building, in addition to elevator access to each floor. 

When is my reservation payment due?

Once a reservation request is received and confirmed by our staff, the full amount of the reservation is processed. This is normally within 24-48hrs.

What is the ‘destination fee’ applied to my reservation during checkout?

Since we do not collect a security deposit or charge additional platform fees, a “destination fee” is applied to every reservation. This covers guest experience, operational and enhanced cleaning procedures.

*Guests are still responsible for any damages that occur during the reservation and reserves the right to cancel & charge guests that deemed in violation of Effortless Stay & Espadín LoHi policies and agreements.

How does keyless entry work?

All of our properties are equipped keyless entry for secure access. Every guest receives information about how to access their rental after the reservation is confirmed. You will be given the instructions via e-mail and/or SMS/text when your check-in time starts. This is generally 4pm/MST.

What are the Espadín Lohi’s cleaning standards & practices?

Every space is professionally cleaned & disinfected after each guest. We follow strict VRMA & VRHP guidelines.
