Lower Highlands (LoHi) is part of the greater Highlands neighborhood, and is one of Denver’s most desirable places to stay. An eclectic mix of sleek, ultra-modern and classic Victorian architecture, LoHi is as vibrant and dynamic as its residents.

Just steps from downtown

When you have to leave the neighborhood, LoHi is just steps to downtown and Union Station via the convenient Highland Pedestrian Bridge. Bike almost anywhere, with access to some of the best bike trails in Denver at nearby Confluence Park.

Foodies


The neighborhood is home to one of the city’s most innovative dining scenes, with farm to table concepts alongside classic American and international cuisine. Espadín LoHi will house Cantina Loca, a Mexican style restaurant.

Nightlife


An exciting nightlife destination, LoHi has several craft cocktail bars and rooftop patios that take advantage of the neighborhoods stunning views of the mountains and downtown Denver.

Family Travel


There are many family-friendly activities nearby, with the famous Little Man Ice Cream shop being a neighborhood favorite for kiddos. Approx. 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

For the nature enthusiast

If you’re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan’s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

Denver is home to a vibrant arts scene that is inclusive of all ages and tastes, featuring world class museums and entertainment at the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Center for the performing Arts, and the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, or indulge in the city’s famous beer culture.
